Oral Cancer Screening: What’s New?
Now is the time to look at evaluating your current practices making certain they are updated and compliant with the needs of today’s population. Historically the vulnerable populations were those who used tobacco and alcohol. This is no longer the case. We are living in a viral world with the fastest growing profile being attributed to a very common virus. How does this impact our screening practices?
Join Jo-Anne Jones, international speaker and thought leader on the subject of oral cancer to review what you need to know to ensure you are following current guidelines and providing the best possible opportunity for earlier discovery of oral and oropharyngeal cancer.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the online presentation, the participant will be able to;

  • Reflect current screening guidelines into clinical practice
  • Identify the early warning signs of oral and oropharyngeal cancer
  • Educate clients on the risk factors pertaining to the oral/oropharyngeal cancer profile
